St. George College Trade Training Centre

The existing schools 2 story building received alterations and additions (undercroft & 1st floor + lift). Construction works were conducted whilst the school was kept operational, works were programed and scheduled to minimize disruption to school day to day operations.

A brief scope of works: Demolition to areas required for re-work including walls, windows, joinery, floor finishes, wet areas, services.

Internal classrooms altered involving removing / adding of walls and partitions, structural changes, doors, remodeling of existing windows, new floor finishes, altering of services and addition to suit Trade Training Centre. Construction of lift shaft and installation of lift & linking ramp.

Tempo Constructions were actively involved in providing input before design & documentation solutions were finalized.
