Aldinga Beach, Esplanade

A construction management contract was used for this large residential project as the clients had a fixed budget but the design had not been fully documented at the start of the project.

Fixed budgets for trades/material were created allowing for the design to be finalized as the construction of the building progressed. Tempo Constructions were actively involved in providing input before design & documentation solutions were finalized.

A brief scope of works;

Slab on ground construction with extensive structural steel and commercial aluminium windows & doors / glazing, maximizing the sea views.

Custom cut sandstone was used directly imported from China for the project.

Polished concrete floor to the lower level. An artificial turf tennis court was constructed to the rear of the residence.
