    Constructed in 2002

    New contemporary residence 330m2 floor area, architecturally designed by 'TECTVS Design'. Features include inground lap pool, suspended aluminium canopies, large cantilevered entrance. Extensive use of commercial glass walls and doors.

    This home was showcased in Oct 2003 issue of 'Inside Out' magazine.

  • Kensington Park
    Constructed in 2007

    Two Storey residence with cellar designed by a.p.design.

    Western red cedar has been extensively used for windows, cladding and sunscreens. This use of natural materials emanates warmth and gives it a timeless appeal.

    Sunshades and screens were used for energy efficiency and privacy.

  • North Adelaide
    Constructed in 2005

    Two contemporary residences, architecturally designed by 'Williams Burton Architects'. Constructed of masonry with a suspended concrete slab, featuring VM Zinc sheeting and polished concrete blocks to facade. It includes full off form cellars, a current pool and smart wiring.

    During the excavation of the cellars we encountered groundwater requiring 24hour pumps being used during construction & the permanent installation of pumping stations.

    Constructed in 2000

    These two classic and timelessly designed residences were constructed of Western Australian limestone, each comprising of 250m2.

    Constructed in year

    Completion of four architecturally designed townhouses.

  • Walkerville
    Constructed in 2008

    This two storey residence plus cellar is constructed of full masonry with a painted rendered finish to the exterior. It includes C-Bus and extensive home automation systems to control light & audio systems throughout the house.

    Floor area 826m2.

    As you enter the residence you are overwhelmed by a double sweeping marble slab staircase within a large atrium space. The extensive use of natural stone & timber gives this large residence a feeling of warmth & permanency.

  • Millswood
    Constructed in 2003

    Award winning extension designed by 'TECTVS'.

    This contemporary glass and steel structure encloses an existing courtyard to create a kitchen, casual eating & living area.

    Other features include a suspended glass light shaft over the Kitchen island bench along with a handmade suspended stainless steel range over the hotplates.

    This extension was showcased on 'Building Ideas' TV Programme.

  • Springfield

    Constructed in 2007

    3 Storey extension to existing 2 storey residence.

    Stone for the addition was matched by opening a closed quarry just for this project. A three level lift was used to reach all levels of the addition.

    A full glass conservatory is a special feature of the addition.

  • Gilberton
    Constructed in 2004

    Corrugated iron & lightweight extension to existing residence architecturally designed by 'TECTVS Design'. It includes a large cantilevered mezzanine floor overlooking the casual living area.

    Features include curved roof & ceiling, extensive mosaic tiling & 'Logos', a unique resin/stone tiled floor.

  • Norwood
    Constructed in 2006

    Two story corrugated iron extension to an existing 1900's residence architecturally designed by 'BB Architects'.

    Special features include cantilevered wall pans, concealed cisterns, ceiling shower roses, linear slot grates, alcoves in walls, polished concrete floors & skylights.

    Hafele sliding door systems were modified to fully conceal track systems in ceilings.

  • Tusmore
    Constructed in 2006

    An extension designed by 'Chris Parker Architects'.

    To the original house a substantial extension was added comprising of a new Family Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, two Bedrooms, Laundry and carport. As the existing house was built circa 1940's we not only matched the external render & stone plinth walls but also perfectly matched the existing moss covered roof tiles.

    The result being a seamless finish between new & old.

  • St George College Library
    Constructed in 2010

    A new library was built suspended over the existing single storey drama and canteen facilities incorporating significant structural steel members. This construction also allowed for no internal structural supports making it an ideal open space design for a library. Precast acoustic curtain wall construction.

    Tempo Constructions won a commendation in the 2010 Master Builders Excellence Awards “Excellence in a Commercial Refurbishment / Redevelopment up to $5 Million” for this project.

  • Victory Hotel
    Constructed in 2008

    An extension and restoration to the historic 'Victory Hotel' overlooking Sellicks Beach designed by conservation architects 'BB Architects'.

    This was a complex project as all construction work took place whilst the pub & restaurant were in full operation. Including the construction and connection of new cellars to existing cellars through building underground passages.

    Tempo Constructions won the 2009 Master Builders Excellence Awards "Excellence in a Commercial Refurbishment/Redevelopment up to $5 million" for this project.

  • Chapel

    Constructed in 2001

    Construction comprised of off form concrete vaults, precast concrete panels, structural steel, stainless steel, fiberglass cupola finished with gold guilding.

    The chapel was constructed in Dudley Park Cemetery.
